I was applying it to my chest and armpits during hot days like a doofiss. (Now that explains why my armpits and top chest is so jacked compared to my other body parts.)
I need an advice, I recently started my goal to gain muscle..I bought protein but seems that the scoops are twice as big as those in the video; should I just take one scoop. Or it depends the kind of protein u buy?
Carlos Leon well bro it seems that your protein is not a whey protein, it might be a mass gainer or something, any way use as much as it written on it with the scoop is bigger or not
I usually add two because I'm a girl.. But I thought this video was a joke.. He didn't add enough not even some PB or fruit. Nada. That's like 100 Cal..I clearly need to do a video..
Videos like these are really helpful bcz I’ve been using milk and no wonder my gains haven’t been that much considering I have a fast metabolism and getting big for me is roughly easy, great video bud 🤝
Milks better for gains water is better if you wana cut down on weight if your using milk and whey and still no gains your not eating enough you need to push over your daily protein calorie intake and exercise it's really hard and exhausting trust me I have a fast metabolism myself the only way to fight it is eat even when your board but try to keep track of the calories and protein so you know and then you should see difference fast I promise 🙏🏽

@@archiegould3692 firstly you are losing flavours by addig 700ml water.. Secondly... it is difficult to drink 700ml water just after the workout though it is required that one scoop whey protein goes inside your stomach...that requires atleast 200ml water to dissolve properly... so why shoud we add 3 or 4 times the water required...
nothing will happen coz our human body has some limits to digest a particular quantity of protein it will be digested and excess will be wasted and it also effects on ur kidneys thats a wrost think
+Ahmad Azfar brother it will decrease the quality of protein and some amout of protein will be wasted as the water quantity is more so the stomach will not be able to absorb the whole amout of protein...plus the u will not have the proper taste of that flavour.
1 scoop = 4-6 OZ or 170 ml You can have milk, almond milk, water or pretty much anything u like with it. You can use 8-10 ounces for a milder taste.. or at least I've heard 🤷♂️
