Can you please do a video testing the PH level of tap water after its filtered through this pitcher and regular unfiltered tap water?

Please do a video on how to replace the digital counter on the lid. I've had my pitcher for two plus years and the counter went out on me just recently. I see you sell replacements on the site but I scoured your manuals for the how-to to no avail.

Wow if my shit came with a manual I would've known not to wash the lid under water 😡
