Really good concepts here. Makes teaching reads easier for big men when the game is simply baseline or middle drives and you’ll either be same side or opposite side of the ball.
That’s exactly right. The thing I’ve learned over the years in coaching is this has to be engrained in your post player’s heads to the point that they don’t have to think about these movements, they just react. The game moves quick, and there’s not a lot of time to think and react when someone drives. Thanks for the feedback!
