I get multiple calls a day saying my business isn’t verified when it is and it drives me crazy. I just block all of those phone numbers even though that doesn’t really seem to help. They just change their number and call again. So annoying.
Like a dummy I deleted an old workspace email that owned my Google Business account. Everything got deleted but workspace support helped and recovered everything. The GMB, however treated my listing like a new listing and asked for video verification and immediately got me suspended. I own a one location physical store and everything is in perfect order. I had 39 5-start reviews and that would get me a lot of business. Two questions if you could kindly help: 1- How long will it take to hear back after the first appeal? 2-If reinstated would my reviews be back as well hopefully? Thanks for your help.
