How To Walk With The Brace & Crutches | After ACL Surgery

Okay,, but what if your affected leg's foot is a whole good like 4 inches from being able to touch the ground while wearing a knee immobilizer?? I cannot make my foot go down to the ground, my brace will not let me.. I cannot walk I have to one leg crane crutches everywhere.. I am so confused why I cannot put my leg all the way down 2 weeks after my patella dislocation. The ER doctor told me very little.. if anything at all honestly.. there is no pain, but my foot has a tiny bit of swelling and toes are a little stiff when I wake.. I do the toe scarf pull exercise with it and it helps.. BUT I CANNOT WALK LIKE THAT?

Hello, thank you for the instructional video! But I want to know how to walk with crutches and the knee brace in full extension (meniscus repair) in NON weight bearing way??! Is that even possible??

Hi, I have an ACL and MCL tear and one doctor recommended that I get a hinged brace and the other tri-panel knee immobilizer. Which one would you say is the best for my injuries? Thank you

When you walk with the brace without crutches do you unlock the brace or keep it locked when walking

It’s easier using a wheelchair, hands are free. I can do more!!!
