Kimberly Austin I feel same way. Husband told me stop being so damn white and figure out how to do this. 😂 I made the mistake of telling him if he could figure it out I would do it...turns out he already could so here I am. I can do a little twerking but this is something entirely different...feels like I’m going to fall and bust up my face

Chest opening exercises and stretches for yoga will help with back posture. I have a spinal injury but doing chest opening stretches with yoga blocks help me get my arch back in my lower back. The yoga blocks are pretty cheap on Amazon I ain't got paid a little under 20 bucks for a set and it came with a stretching strap too.
