Thanks for this. Very much just entering the world of powerlifting, lifts are pretty impressive at my weight for what they are but haven't really gotten in the habit of proper warmups besides linearly increasing up to weight for the day.
Was going for some heavy 5×5 squats today, first rep my lower back said nope, i have learned from my mistakes so i quit the session and figured i have to level up my warmup game, so here i am 👌
I just do full range of motion but lightweight version and whatever exercise I'm doing and then move all the way up to the working weight... Never had any issues
@@gabrielpenabak5457sled work is a valid way of warming up you're really telling on yourself here The westside guys did sled pulls/rows/tri extensions before ME/DE days pretty often
I know about the joint mobilization not the 3R lock. It has to do with unobstructed your ability to stretch your joints. He has a video in it for ankle mobilization you can find easily (top 3 ankle mobility exercises)
