Great video Kurt, I might take something from that. I usually try to hit 5 ton plus' (3 using 20's, 1 using 19's then 18's), this could take anywhere between 5-20 mins depending how they feel, but sometimes I try to get at least 10 mins of throwing, I then go into JDC Challenge before playing a game of 501 and I try to do this before playing a tournament or a league game if I've got time. 👍🏼🎯
Great vid mate. I also do this but I also add afew number to take out after that, like 64 or 74 and 82. Any knowledge of Trigger Finger on my throwing hand index finger? It just developd and Ihave no idea where it came from or anything thnx. I'm 50 years old in case that actually is a factor. But I also have a slight case on my other hand too, just not as bad.
Thanks mate, I'd usually do that in a separate part of the session as this is strictly just the warm up but will have a video on that soon! I'm not 100% sure about the trigger finger, it could be an external factor of something else you do day to day. I'm not sure if darts is something that could cause it although it's definitely effected by it
