My Warm Up is very simular to the warm up of World Record Holder Aries Merrit because I had the honor to train with him almost over 5 years. Every hurdler has the drills they like to get ready, I prefer this quick and explosive warm up. For 110m Hurdles its very important to have a very reactive foot, so in the warm up you need to prepare it.
