@@marisa_inda do you find the singlets required at meets change the ROM? Ive never worn one so I don’t know how much they squeeze but I would assume they would a bit at least, acting kind of like a sports bra. In the case that they do wouldn’t that throw you off? Your going to blow out your shoulders lifting at 90 degrees of abduction. You are impinging on your action process and sawing your supraspinatus and infraspranatus tendons which are part of your rotator cuff. Try 70 degrees or less abduction. Translation keep your elbows in and bend the bar you will lift more in the long run.
