Thank you so much for the video. Lack of proper eye glass support is the reason i returned my Q2. Glad to hear the designers thought about the eye glasses in Q3. I owned samsung gear VR. The glass support was very simple and functional and it costed only 50$. Not sure why a quest with 600$ price tag still struggling to have a simple mechanism.
Just got corrective lenses for my Quest 3. I previously used lenses on my Quest 2 . This is the best solution for someone who wears glasses. Very easy to install and much better than wearing eyeglasses or contact lenses.
oh wow, so it looks like it may be a lot easier without the "smoooshing" feeling to wear my glasses with my Quest 3 coming... I have rx lenses for my current quest2 but it would be great if I didn't have to spend on new Quest 3 rx lenses!
Hi. What's the width of your glasses ? Mine are exactly 142mm at the front (from corner to corner) and I'm afraid they wont fit in the oculus (and I dont really have any way of trying it out before buying)
Spend thirty bucks and get prescriptions filters to go inside your headseat. Wearing anything but round glasses will just be uncomfortable and foggy. There are four companies that sell prescription filters. ❤
What I found out is that when you press the button with your thumbs, do not try to do any pulling with the thumb. Press on the inside, but all the pulling is done on the outside with the rest of your fingers.
t home, my son needs to wear away, and the rest of the house don't... only he wears glasses. The question is if everyone uses them with the lenses away, will they lose any information or quality of immersion? I noticed a black edge on the sides, could it be because the lenses are far away? I bought it today and I couldn't move this retractor.
I've been thinking about getting one, but I wear glasses. I know you can order Rx lenses, but if i get one, I would be sharing with someone else. So i guess this would be the best solution?
What about if I put my pd 67 like your (example) and after I play i give to my brother that doesn’t use glasses, what pd do I need to leave? Like for who no use glasses..
PSVR 2 is 100% eyeglasses friendly out of the box. Quest 3 is a scam. You need to buy over $150 upgrades to make it barely comfortable with a reasonable battery life.
@@Waduuheck PS5 is the best option for playing AAA games at its price. You can buy an additional I5 Iris xe laptop for playing non AAA steam games cause you can take it anywhere as long as there is a Starbucks. But wait until PS6 cause PS5 is not powerful enough for the next generation of AAA VR games. It doesn't even have enough power for playing GT7 perfectly. Anyone who is silly enough to have bought a 3090 PC that is not even portable must be crying cause the price of high end PCs drops so quickly. LOL Wait a couple more years and you can get a PS6 at about $400 to 500 to get the performance like a 3080 or even 3090.
