Compressing the front end is key. It’s not about pulling the handlebars it’s actually PUSHING off and cranking that pedal. This made all the difference! Solid advice
Ok so a quick tip for this is to keep leaning back until your at your balance point and you’ll know when your there because the front will become lighter and your gonna feel like your about to fall but you never will
I got a bike (6 gears if it matters) I can pull it up but I can only hold it up for like 2-3 seconds.any advice or tips cuz I wanna be able to hold my front wheel up for longer.
Hey man, can you please reply? I have a question about my wheelie, when I wheelie, I always bend my arms because it gives me the strength to pull my bike up with the help of my legs, when I keep my arms straight it is a little difficult to get to my balance point.
My bro I I was cat walking 12 blocks in fourth grade I was doing circles I was cat walking one-handed that was hard because I had to just stick my arm out to the side like I was on a bull and we didn't use no brakes nowadays you cats took it way up a notch like three but we used to go bike for bike and I've been money bikes was crazy the guy that taught me he had a red line nickel plated frame it was heavier than heck but that guy could just balance it and just go so slow and just ride for like forever and turn around and head back the other way it was amazing I had the baddest bike around I took a Sears regular frame banana seed put a 10-speed seat on there Redline Forks a front alloy knobby tires a back tough wheel nickel plated chain Quick Change sprocket kkt pedals alloy handlebars Oakley grips I put red line cranks and red line gooseneck my bike was candy apple red I had a black back tough and I had a red front alloy and I cat walked a pier won the bike next morning went to go riding both my bikes were stolen off my back porch I was pissed I cried like a bitch never found it so I went out and got a Redline Proline after that I was in fourth grade I'm 58 now almost 59 I can still catwalk a bike not able to do it one-handed anymore
It’s subjective tbh. My pedals would be at 3&9 o clock and I didn’t lean forward. This is a good way though if ya haven’t been doing it 20+ years lol It was my brother that would be at 10-4 or 11-5 but he was goofy footed if that makes sense.
Compress the front end?? The front end is solid, it cant compress. The only compressible part of the front end is the tire and with proper pressure, barely any compression available to even mention. What the heck are you meaning??
I can wheelie but I’ve barley used my back brake, how do I slow down while wheeling I’ve tried to drop it all the way back and tap the brakes u til I slow down but I can’t keep the front wheel up
See I have a problem when I try to do that because my feet and my body just don’t work when it’s at that certain position the pedals I have to wait till my petals down a little bit more and then I’m able to go
@@WPB.Jaceee wear helmet, knee pads, elbow pads, gloves and even throw on a backpack with pillows so if you fall it won’t hurt, it just takes enough practice you’ll get it !
