Hey LuckyBunz, I might have missed it, but if you didn't know, raid invites automatically reload after you've invited 5. You don't have to leave and rejoin anymore. At least, that's how it has been working for me.
If you're really quick with sending out invites, you can actually get it to reload twice, allowing you to send out 15 invites. You have to be really really fast though.
I think the excellent throws was one of the first I completed. Just have about 35 raids, a bunch of field research, and quite a few eggs to hatch. And those excellent throws during the 4x catch xp event we’re awesome. I’ve gone from 32 to almost 36 in the last few weeks.
Its baffling how they make these quests. The difference between 60 raids and the next hardest quest, 120 excellent throws, is night and day. Even winning 30 raids I would have considered difficult, time consuming, and potentially costing money to the average daily player.
interesting order for "hardest" in my opinion at the moment i have 10/60 raids ... 22/30 eggs (always with 4 incubator 2 of them premium) 36/150 research and 29/50 km walk ... i cant walk a lot legs just wont do it xD and research .. well i have 2 stops nearby and cant go to the next one cause of my legs ... living in a small "city" and this amount of research is just stupid same as the amount of raids if you dont live in a somewhat great city but yeah even with 2 research task per day the 60 raids are still the overkill ... im not even sure i believe i used 1 premium pass so i would be 100% free just at 9 raids now and its by far the lowest progressed task anyway .. :D and my english feels complete broken for this comment im sorry ... hopefully its understandable :D
@@Zinkhal1 I agree! I do not have access to a lot of gyms near me. Its a long process to go out and find 1-3 star raids on a daily basis. I can't do daily and I am not spending money on raids I dont actually care to do.
I came to the same conclusion it might just be cheaper to buy the ticket for the masterball than to try and do 60 raid in the given time. I just hope their smart and give us something worth raiding during the last week of the challenge for people that is a few raid off.
im a firm believer they didnt give us anything :p looking at the ultra unlock doesnt it look like it was going to be released regaurdless? maybe keeping the buffs longer wasnt planned but other then that i dont see any rewards. no special research, no extra special trades, no surprise unscheduled appearance etc
Premium passes work on raids as well. I don't do GBL much and have 61 of these saved up from research over the last 3+ years. Doing a few Level 1 to 3 raids locally daily is doable. Just a suggestion, and I hope it helps.
Since covid years my stock of normal raid passes has also gone up heaps. Can never get through them anymore. While before 2020 I was always short of them. And had to buy boxes etc. with passes.
One thing that grinds my gears about this part of the quest. Niantic increases remote raid prices and say it’s because they Don’t like raiding being such a prominent feature and how overpowered it is to get legendaries etc (if you’re lucky enough to catch one first hur hur). yet they then come out with a quest that has win 60 raids…how many times are they going to backflip and be hypocrites on their own goals for the game 😂 Ed Wu, John Hanke, Micheal Stankes - all bullshit con artists and it comes to the point where anything they say about the games’ betterment has no merit.
Well you can get the quest done in no time playing free to play. You have 60 raids to do, and you have roughly 80 days to do it. Which makes up enough time to do said raids. the only way this could be an issue is if you have legit no gyms in your general area and need to use remote raid passes. Those that do play by purchasing remotes can get this done by spending roughly 9 dollars a day which does add up, which is also another issue but it grinds my gears how people complain about the 60 raids when it's literally doable without spending a single dime.
@@Firewolf786YTYou're dismissing a very large demographic of players who work for a living and have priorities in the real world. Its unreasonable to assume that all people should be able to commit to playing 60/80 days. We all set our own boundaries regarding work and play. We all structure our lives differently.
Guys, we have like 71 days left to do the 60 raids. Just use your free daily pass every day. I’m almost done with the 120 excellent throws bcos I started when the research came out and I try to hit an excellent on everything. It’s just time consuming
Poke Genie has been a pain lately, super long queues when hosting, sometimes a full timer legendary expires before even matching you with players. And it's Niantics fault.
Excellent throw advice. When the outer circle lights up count one thousand one one thousand two and then throw. Some Pokémon are more easily caught with an opposite direction throw ( clockwise-counter clockwise)
1:24 i would say if you really need more raids per day because you cant raid daily (remember you could use 2 free on 1 day and dont do a raid the next day and just collect the free pass ... that way you can do 60 raids in 30 days doing raids in 60 days) but you will still get coins for gyms (hopefully not 50 every 3 weeks ..) and could buy some premium pass with that coins without spending any money and of course if you have the time you can use campfire for a stronger raid .. i use it nearly every day most of the times waiting 5 to 15 minutes sometimes more or less (and sometimes till its over without a group.. happens not gonna lie) of course its nothing you can do in a walk by but if you have the time its in my opinion worth it doing some lvl 4 or 5 raids with campfire
Still busy with the 60 raids, see many gyms along the way from work to home. But rarely a level 1-3 raid on them. Can't be bothered to drive far to get a level 1 raid done.
@@X69Official Oh okay, this makes sense. I've been going out for raids every now and then, but haven't utilized the extra invite trick too often. We usually have enough players after the first round of invites
@@LuckyBunz I don't think that it was announced or anything but a few content creators made videos about it. Did you expect Niantic to explicitly announce everything? I remember seeing Fleece King do it on his stream and he has been doing it ever since.
I’m surprised they timed the 60 raids with these level 5 bosses. The current and next rotation are not meta relevant. They could have released this research when yveltal/xerneas/rayquaza were in rotation and it would be fine. Who wants to do 60 shiny-locked celesteela raids with no legacy move?
You don't need to relobby anymore. Just wait 30s from your first batch of invites and you can invite another 5. I usually make it a BIG priority to invite the first 5 VERY quickly as this allows more time for the second batch of 5 to be invited.
Uhh if i am not wrong the game says U cant join the same raid group if others are remote raiding if u leave. Instead just wait until like the 40 sec mark and u can invite 5 more people. U can actually invite 10 people with rejuoning the raid
7:46 lucky you the homie, i think you’re being dismissive of the remote raiders myself along with other hardcore remote raiders have substantially stopped raiding , outside of mega Rayquaza, raiding isn’t as fun since Nerfantic decided to ostracize the remote raid community
I don't disagree that remote raiders have cut back, but at the same time, Poke Genie queues wouldn't be working if people really stopped remote raiding lol I feel like it mainly depends on the raid boss. I know a lot of people who still go hard for new shiny releases.
before event i was throwing only great balls, but after paldea ingame, on that pig and green cat i learnet thjrowing excellents and throwed 120 in 5 days.
the only tasks left for me are: win raids, hatch eggs, and complete research tasks. and i dont have friends for 3-5* raids and i only often saw 1 star raids.
The relobby trick for more invites must’ve been reworked because I can double invite without doing that. If I invite 5 early, around 40 seconds it’ll refresh and let me re invite 5 more
60 raids is nearly impossible if you're free to play. In the previous 3 months I did 30 raids and that was as many as I could. Rest of the targets are doable with eggs being the second most difficult
Yeah that's totally fine, you will be carried by your teammates lol In some cases where the raid boss is really difficult, you might be asked to upload screenshots of your raid attackers to meet a damage requirement, but that doesn't happen often.
I finished the 120 excellent throws in 3 days. 60 raids not so much since many elements of the challenge are beyond my control. Pay to play on this one. Not skill.
how does the referral work, because I stopped playing for like 6 months but just started to play again like 30 days ago. Would the referral still work and if so, where do I go to do it.
I'm not sure if it will still work for you since you've been playing for 30 days already, but you would find it in the same place where you go to add friends.
For me it is the raids, if only Niantic put out some more new raidbosses of new pokemon. All that old crap is so boring. Who is doing an Suicune raid in 2023?
Everyone could find a level one raid per day. And you only needed 60 done per 90 days. I miss Wafu raids where you just do like 16 raids on a day for something new. But Niantic sadly put only old crap pokemon out there this month. Caught Entei already in 2017, don't need it anymore in 2023. It is GBL not relevant anyway. Same with the other two and Genesect. All so old pokemon.
At least you can take your time, but then you get the Masterball also only in February or so. Till then no GAL bird for you. So better just finish those 60 raids now and get a bird earlier for free.
