Such a series of videos is a great series to accompany the release of any kit. Just add a QR code in the manual or box and the hobby becomes more accessible to beginners who may be struggling. Well done!
Love these how to videos. Clear and concise. I bought the 22 5.0 AC a couple years ago...... I just built it last week 🤣 my daughter plays travel softball so.... Yep, no free weekends for me. Anyway, I'm finally getting into racing and went to my first carpet race with my newly assembled 22 5.0 AC and the kit setup is so good I was actually competitive 🤷 maybe all the regulars there were off their game because I haven't actually raced in 3 years and that was outdoor loose dirt. Anyway, I was thinking about getting another new rig to race 2 classes and the 2 more popular classes are SCT and Stadium Truck at the particular track I started going to. I just don't like how SCTs look so thats out and I see TLR 22T 4.0 has been out for too long to not be getting an update since team a** has recently released one. So the big question is, when will we see the next generation of stadium truck? I don't want to buy a team a** but if it's not coming out soon I may have to lol
I like the video. Very informative. Unfortunately my new 22S roller is very different set up to install the motor. There is no motor plate in front of the spur gear and the spur gear cover does not allow a motor in that location.
This is hard to explain, takes a long time (not a short video) and varies between different electronics manufacturing. And that doesn't include the challenges of using a soldering iron for many.
@@frankroot3890 thank you for the reply. Not sure I wanted a video on the process as much as a glimpse of everything in place and maybe a quick explanation as to why . I only ask as I soldered my wires on the outside not knowing you want the weight down the center as much as possible. Guy at the track watched me do it then when done told me he does it this way... not a big deal as I will think next time. Love the videos and be sure to give a shout out when opening bag D.
@@goatsgarage2635 Really, just FB and IG, mostly FB. There are good groups that have kind of taken the place of forums for the most part. Look up 22 Empire and Team Losi Racing Group.
@@frankroot3890 Thank you for getting back to me so quick! Unfortunately I don’t have Facebook..... Would you happen to have an email. Me and quite a few buddy’s run Losi buggy’s...... once ina while we have questions about little things.... I mainly run ocrc and coyote and run your setup sheet from 2017 ocrc. But I seen others from different years ? What one would you prefer ? For beginners. Me and my boy run 22 4.0
