Looking to wire in a DHW circulator to my ZVC404 in "independent" mode (last option shown, my boiler is capable of heating the house and DHW at the same time). Just want to confirm that the following circulator scenarios are true when the Priority Switch is OFF. Therm1 or Therm2 or Therm3 calling for heat, DHW not calling = Circ1 on and Circ2 off. Therm1 or Therm2 or Therm3 calling for heat and DHW also calling for heat = Circ1 on and Circ2 on. No Heat calls from Therm1, Therm2 or Therm3, DHW is calling for heat = Circ1 off and Circ2 is on.
Actually, I wired up spare circulator and a spare honeywell zone valve using the "independent" wiring method and: with zone 1 (Therm1) calling for heat and zone3/DHW also calling for heat resulted in Circ1 OFF and Circ2 ON which is NOT what I expected which should have been both circulators ON at the same time. (tried this with Priority Switch both ON and OFF, same result). How do I setup my ZVC404 to have BOTH circulators on at the same time when any of zones 1/2/3 are calling AND zone4 is calling??
