On inspiration: You can't wait for the muse to strike, but also, save everything that you think is cool or pretty or catches your eye and pull it out later when you need it.
I don't fully agree with your last statement. In a way you are right because while we may not look for references or inspiration, our brain has collected so much information that we can find those things within us, however, that should not mean we all are incapable of being original, for I think every artist has moments where they draw freely without looking for external resources. Thank you so much btw 🦇♥
@@vespertiliu what I mean is most art is taken from pieces of inspiration all over our experience. Original is idea and design possibly, but we all learn from nature, other art and what we see. But you are right. There are ways to be free and draw away from inspiration.
@@vespertiliu you are super Talented and the style you give your characters is absolutely brilliant. Very inspirational! Thanks for making these awesome videos
I’ve heard of the term “Aphantasia”, it gets me every time whenever I want to draw something besides having a theme or aesthetic and getting stuck on just a blank sheet of paper.
Your content is so awesome and helpful! I'm done being shy and hiding my art from the world and I'm starting to put myself out there. Thank you for inspiring me!
wow!!! I recently came across your chanel and I really like your art. I'm doing an art course, and studying hatching, and your chanel is really helping me and giving me inspiration! Thank you for sharing your proccess
Thank you for the tips about aphantasia, i have that and i struggle with finding references that match what im thinking of, i figured that i should use pinterest filters and they kind of help but not really, but as always great vid!
Ok, I get the "using references is copying" even though it's a wrong concept, but "using inspiration" being "copying"????😭I believe that as long as one is ok with sharing and admitting their resources then it's fair! The problem is when you copy someone else's work and say it's your own.
This is what I need right now. I have a habbit of doodling and rarely doing dedicated drawings. Art isn't my job. It's just my hobby. But I like thinking of it seriously. So this video is giving me the right ideas and guidelines I can take. Thank you so much
Tu sei d ispirazione ✨, comunque farò sto compitino che hai detto, perché ho salvato uno screenshot della nuova merce di statuette di fnaf. Volevo disegnarla già da ieri, ma vedrò se con sto caldo mi decido😂
heey, I love your channel and your art, it's so inspiring to me! I just wanna know how do you do it to make illustrations in your sketchbook instead of just random doodles like it's my case and I want to change that habit and know how to train myself to be able to make illustrations in my sketchbook.
