the wrap looks fire but I'm curious as to why you tape off the area around the hood instead of just propping the hood open? Does it help keep your cuts smoother?

I thought the Quik Detailer you are spraying on after the Clay Bar is a wax or polish? Why would you put a wax or polish on the paint before Wrapping?

Hi Jay what if your hood is peeling paint, that the reason we wanna wrap it, what the proper way to treat this

Instead of using scotch tape and then cutting the edges with a knife, use 3M knifeless tape design line. Trust bro it's quicker and way easier keeping a consistent width throughout the entire edge. Also makes it easier when tucking under the hood.
