In this video, Jordan Inman demonstrates how to correctly wrap a horses legs with polo wraps. Polo wraps are great for any breed and discipline. These wraps provide support for the horses leg without restricting movement.
You are not wrapping them correctly. First you are wrapping them two tight. Second at the fetlock you should have gone around the fetlock twice before going back up.
Jessica Richmond You never go around the fetlock twice, only once and then you go back up, after the fetlock is well cupped. Where did you learn how to wrap polo wraps???
You went way farther down on the second leg than the first one, and you really shouldn't pull so hard! Especially not against the tendons... Trust me, I have a horse with suspensory issues and one with an old soft tissue injury, horses' legs are really sensitive!
yikes!! those hooves / shoes made me sick to my stomach. polos are tight to say the least and pulling against sensitive tendons. don't follow this as an example!
+Merthology creations those don't look like regular shoes. To me they look like stacked shoes for saddle horses/gaited show horses. hence why the toe is so long and underslung heel. Still not a balanced shod horse. The whole video was cringe worthy.
