If this is a tutorial on how to wrap hand, then the camera should focus closely on the hands. The other guy isnt even necessary

I would just like to point out that as Georges said the wrapping isn't mainly for knuckle protection (you have gloves for that) it's for wrist , knuckle , thumb , and fist _support_

Its for gloves protection, I use to train without wraps on heavy bag and my pointy knuckles always splited padding on them very quickly 😅 so you can extend life of your gloves with extra padding on knuckles

I have tried quite a few hand wrapping techniques that have worked great. I just got a pair of Hayabusa gloves for the extra wrist support and was getting frustrated because my hands weren't fitting well with the wraps. Literally could not get them on without someone helping me. This wrap technique works great though. Tried it for the first time today and was able to get my gloves on solo.

Teh Rizen its not legal for comp but if ur training and you need it because ur hands hurt, I would recommend hand wraps that arent wraps, they are gloves that just came out, they are very nice, it could be ok to use 2 wraps but do a little research on the hand wraps and you will be happy.
