Dude this is the best technique and tutorial video. Your tutorial is 10/10 while the 5 wrap over the knuckles trchnique is also a 10/10. And man, theat 5 wrap technique is the best for my hand. feels like I'm punching a pillow. Cheers, man!

The first style of wrapping has worked the best for me with wrist support and knuckle health, I can even goto ground and grapple and I’m able to spar with my Jiu-Jitsu buddy’s lol THANX FOR THESE TYPES OF VIDEOS
wow. you won't believe how much this style of wrapping helped I have winning gloves and they hurt my knuckles on the bag but when I wrap its always to thick so I cant make a proper fist and fingers get real achy and the pain stays for a while.
I like how you present the video, its very catchy and keeps my attention all the time. I really appreciate people who loves or has a passion in martial arts as these are the types with hearts of a true warrior. But dude with that wrap, you might end up breaking your hands because the form of your knuckles are uneven upon impact. I hope this helps one way or another.
I love this wrap the only thing I think is bad about it is you can’t fit it into a MMA mit but for boxing and anything that uses boxing gloves I absolutely love this hand wrap
Its great to have the palm clean. but in my op, theres no enough wrist support to avoid bends. The duty of the wraps is to keep the bones in place, the padding goes in the gloves. If you still feel sore knuckles after training, put on better gloves, but taking the wrist support to create padding doesnt makes sense for me. Anyway thanks for your time! And its great if this works for you and many that put the thumb up to the video.
Don’t see the reason to leave the palm area open for grip since you can’t grip that part wearing gloves. Otherwise it’s my favorite wrap besides a grilled chicken and 4 melted cheese fajita wrap from Denny’s mmmm. Who’s hungry?
Is it not kind of counterproductive to secure oneself too much with too much support on wrist for training, so that in combat, one does not pay adequate attention to need for supertight wristsupport done by muscletissue and weightdistributionattention which is really required when stress is on high and focus may dwindle to other aspects than prio no. 1 on wristsupporive attention by mind?
+fivetenman you can use these wraps with MMA gloves also. Notice, he did wrap his thumb with the wraps, this is use for MMA gloves. With boxing gloves, it is best to wrap around the thumb.
very close to a great method unfortunately he is leaving the thumb unwrapped which is dangerous. The thumb needs to be locked in as well, but many MMA'ers leave the thumb open due to grappling...for a boxer, it is ill advised to use this method without wrapping the thumb..
I switched from 108 to 180. The 180" is way better. I can put more protection and can go across my fingers. You should get some. I got mine for 10 bucks from Everlast.
mma gloves (since they have much less padding and not a lot of wrist support) are meant to be used with hand wrap, boxing gloves on the other hand can be used with or without hand wrap.
Dude, i think it's pretty clear it sucks for boxing. I'd use this if I'm not wearing any gloves. I concentrate on wrist and thumb and only go over the knuckles to keep them together but not to create any good padding since I'm gonna have a glove anyway.
the padding over the knuckles is not to protect your knuckles it protects your wrist by leveling your knuckles with the first joint in your fingers so you make impact with your knuckles without buckling your wrist
tonyo1o you need your thumbs free when you are grappling if all you do is strike then yea wrap the thumbs but locking hands is easier when thumbs aren't restricted
