Step by step how to write a lab report in either a lab notebook or stand alone report. Here is the rubric I use to grade my students if it helps you! docs.google.com/document/d/11... www.leanthink.org/ Instagram: @Lean.Think
I just want to say that you have literally been a lifesaver for me and my accelerated chemistry class this semester! My teacher wasn’t very good so I looked to your videos for guidance and they were exceptional! Thank you and God bless you!
Hi Cruisingtowrow, that makes me so happy! I am so proud of your hard work. I hope the rest of your class goes well:) I wish you and you classmates could be at my school;)
You're saving my grade Mrs. Laub! My first year of college has been intimidating, but you make chemistry so much more approachable and understandable. Thanks so much for all the work you do!
Gavin!!! I am so happy to hear from you. I am sure you are doing AMAZING. You are so bright you would do well in any class. I am grateful my videos have been helpful. Thank you for letting me know. Keep putting one foot in front of another. You've got this! God bless you:)
wow, you explained more than my actual professor... she just makes these little instructional videos and expects us to know everything already...thank you!!!!
Wow!! This was really helpful! I never thought to leave two blank pages in my journals for a table of contents. I'm going to do this at work from now on 😁
Thanks for sharing that. I've always wondered how to do it properly. A couple of things I thought could be added though are separate sections in the prelab that include references to MSDS reports, PPE required, any particular safety precautions to be observed, the use of fume hoods and material disposal. Do most professional chemists still use hand-written lab books? It seems quite archaic for 2020+.
Hi Nurul, what an amazing compliment coming from a professional. Thank you. Your students are blessed to have a professor that looks for support resources. Well done!
What a useful video as always :) OMG this channel help me a lot , I really know my mistakes now and I will get FULL MARK next time ✌ I know why I didn't get my full mark in Organic chemistry lab I hate my professor but not now 😂 Thanks a lot my dear teacher for your great efforts❤ ! Can you please make some quizzes ( with answers ) as a pdf or in the end of the video to train ourselves 📚
Man, RU-vid has eveything, you almost have no excuse for not learning. Back when I was in college, I had to go to the library and look for books and vidoes just to learn one concept. It would take me a couple of hours to do that. Now you can RU-vid it in just a few seconds!
I recommend the introduction be included in the objective. The objective can include background on the chemistry within the lab. I hope that helps! Thanks:)
