ïvan cezar great question! Most of the time care plans are going to be done for patients who are requiring some intervention, meaning they aren't fully well. But you can always use a risk for fall as well because in most cases, almost everyone, is a risk for fall! That being said, most of the time care plans are done for patients who require some form of intervention or assessment and a nursing diagnosis will apply! :) I hope that helps to clear it up. 😊
Ivan Cezar Buendia, a nursing diagnosis that could apply to a well patient would be at risk for falls. In most cases a well patient doesn't need a nursing diagnosis. Hope that helps to clarify. :)
