The test at the end is extremely helpful! It stresses the importance of following the care plan and shows examples of the dangers of not following the plan.

I love this video! I got a job from the hospital as CNA and excited to work there but I'm kinda scared because Nursing home is different from hospital setting.

Yes, every task will be different, based on the individual needs of the patient. That is where the care plan comes in - it will contain specific information on how the skill should be accommodated for the patient it is being performed on.
