I'm learning to love poetry, and through all my attempts at creativity, learning to love myself. "When it feels right, its probably right" is such an affirming statement. Thank you
We all have beautiful voices! It´s a matter of recording stuff, breathing exercises and trying to enjoy the process, which can take years but it´s worthy
I'm so excited to have recently found my love for poetry, and I loved Savannah's collection Graffiti! Putting in as much time as I can to get my poetry writing up to a decent standard. RU-vid is a great place and I'm learning a lot from channels like Adam Gary Poetry, Dimitri Reyes and Poetry Show and videos like this! Thanks for sharing!
Beautiful share Sav! I love writing poetry. It's the voices in my head. I listen to what they say. And I write down what they said. Happy writing to those who brave to put themselves out there. I appreciate you. Sending you love and light. Namaste
Thanks for the tips on poetry writing and how to get it put together such as choosing a topic and staying on the same arrow as to you how you want to deliver it.
I want to become a poet, like her, very interesting in her perspective voice. I am trying to think about it until something unexpected happens when it comes to me. Whenever I am done with this purpose poem, I feel like everyone could connect to poems, more often. What I can say is, that I like darker and grim stories about anything.
is a spoken word more about you? like all about feelings you feel? I am asking this is because I have a task to do. the task is that I have to make a spoken word about Ancient India and i have literally have no idea what to do. so may i ask tips for those of you who are experts on writing a spoken word?
@@aanand0609 have a slam poetry competition coming up, but like I have no idea on what basis I should judge my own poem, or is it even fit to be a spoken poetry 😭😭😭 the ppl around me have offered me zero useful advice, and I really need someone to judge my poem. They are not really correlated to ancient India but yea 😀💀😭😭
I guess you can brainstorm ideas just write in a piece of paper what are the things you like and you want to feel them more deeply, We did that and we made RU-vid videos about it - We actually just posted a spoken word video on our RU-vid Channel about "how comparison is the thief of joy". @@cool-ts1gv, i like your name. i hope your apocalypse is going well. i guess what i mean is that there are some videos where her manner of speech and/or inflection don't seem genuine/authentic and this video verifies my suspicion. i get that she's living in England and everything, which might slightly change the pronunciation of her dialect, but what I'm referring to specifically I guess is the tendency of people- especially younger people- to experiment with different and/or innovative/creative ways of either speaking or behaving. an example would be the way people purse their lips when pronouncing words that involve teeth and tongue contact. actresses and performers do it, sometimes to appear more attractive, and it drives me up the flippin' wall, not in a good way. in the end it all gets sussed out when the person establishes a comfortable identity/sense of self so no harm, no foul. bye
@@cool-ts1gv oh for sure! i wouldn't dare judge her art by her ego. if she's not still blooming she's definitely in bloom. a beautiful specimen in word and action. she's really inspiring a lot of young girls to be better than this ignorant/arrogant apathetic hyper-sexualized plan in the hands of the old era's mis-leader's.
The only reason why she got so many views is because of the color of her skin she is not a spoken word artist I wish people would stop pretending to be spoken word artist you are not a spoken word artist
