Kenyan politics! Ruto must be glad the marriage of convenience finally ended. Ruto must be commended for his coo-headedness. If he had bolted from government following the numerous humiliation from Uhuru, he wouldn't have garnered the sympathy vote.
Uhuru and Ruto had a working chemistry, he should have swallowed his pride and work with his deputy till the last chapter of their story book, maybe we wouldn't have problem with face today. I hope the next government will end politics of deceit and betrayal. It is imperative for the President to work with harmony with his or her deputy and finish the mandate they were given by kenyans.

In my opinion, Raphael Tuju should desist from engaging himself in politics especially in what part he played in the last Presidential election and his visits at the residence of Chebukati at 4am on 15/8/22, and whatever else he did afterwards on the same day. I listen him talking and pointing fingers at others and it's very disappointing for a man in his position to have engaged himself in that evil dirty act.

The reasons suggesting malpractice are as follows: 1) IEBC mostly updated figures showing Ruto in lead. This was psychological priming of the public to insinuating that Ruto had more votes. 2) Updates with Ruto in lead were left online for hours and days. Those with Raila in lead were soon replaced by those with Ruto in lead. 3) Had the IEBC not been biased in favour of Ruto, the candidates ought to have been overtaking one another as the constituencies were randomly tallied. 4) The reason that some 20 constituencies were not presented although there was still time until Tuesday indicates that there was a hurry to present fake results by overrunning the IEBC commissioners. 5) These 20 constituencies could be the faked ones putting Ruto ahead and cementing Ruto’s lead. 6) It should not be acceptable that one person (IEBC chairman) is allowed to disenfranchise 6.9 million Kenyans. 7) The last 20 constituencies should therefore be verified under the supervision of the Supreme Court. 8) The uploading of forms 34A and 34B on the portal was just a maneuver to distract attention from the last 20 constituency tallies that were not presented at the Bomas. What was the reason to upload only 291 - 20 = 272 constituencies? In some constituencies, a candidate could garner some 30… 60 thousand votes. If we take the average of 45 x 14 constituencies we get 630 000 votes for one candidate and if the other candidate leads in the other 6 constituencies, then he would garner 270 000 votes. Therefore, just these 20 constituencies could change the outcome by some (630 - 270) 000 votes. Therefore, the concealed 20 constituencies could change the result from a Raila lead of 130 000 votes to a Ruto lead of 230 000 votes. For this reason alone, the Results of President Elect were legally Null and Void.

You must be able to read the minds of people to know what they do, what they hide and their next step. The fact that you use words like thesis, hypothesis, and theory shows you know what am talking about. I used the words like "assuming" or "example" I am giving direction to where one should look at. Uploaded data on the portal does not imply or guarantee credible data. Fake and cooked data can be equally uploaded and the portal will stay put nonetheless. One has to know that one is dealing with thieves and must read the minds of thieves to reckon their strategy. If you are distracted by just data on the portal adding up, then you fall victim to the thieves' strategy. Even the thieves know maths and how to make numbers add up. If your academic competencies were good enough to challenge me, you should have addressed the points one by one. Lump sum critique is typical of an emotional approach to issues.
@@nanatiti2006 To show that I am objective: I don't like the fact that nobody has come up with a massive discrepancy in the tallying. I only assumed the 20 last constituencies could be where the fraud lies, but Azimio has yet to confirm my assumption. If they don't find errors in the last 20 constituencies, then my assumptions are wrong. So, I am facts-driven, not ethnically blinded. Azimio has to dissect the votes and come up with figures either putting Ruto below 50% or putting him behind Raila. The standard and Gideon XY wrote that they tallied the votes and came up with Raila above 50% and Ruto below 49 %. They then uploaded the tallies somewhere. This is the critical fact if their data is proven authentic.
