If it is true, in many videos we see things that we are not used to, but at least there they continue to use their hands and manufacturing here in the USA have destroyed all the damn politicians.......don't forget Pakistan has nuclear weapons.
The two guys operating that arc heater and valve press are two of the most skilled mechanics I have seen so far.... They look like they are being punished... They should be more appreciative they are not the battery refurbishing guys melting lead on the ground wearing sandals...
I love how organized these guys do everything with the bare minimum with efficiency! I imagine that shop could be turned into a Rifle factory in 5 minutes with the lights turned down and the doors closed.... From Valves to Rifle barrels in the blink of an eye.. And every guy is already qualified and ready to go... Wearing only sandals..... Amazing how the powers above keep the people who actually make the products, down... Everyone of these guys are of the hardest working, never complaining, and probably doing the job to take care of another...... God help if they all got organized.. Anyway, ty always..
I know they don't have million dollar machines, but they get the job done for their customers. plus many Pakistanis need jobs to feed their families. I applaud this company that hired these men.🕌
I am always shocked at the quality of work done by regular hard-working people, without using million dollar machines, and just measuring to make sure that whatever they are making is within line. Please keep doing your videos I am learning a lot.
@Martin: Do you think BMW, Mercedes or Toyota is working in such way?? Never this is working by 3rd. World Countrys this people are excellence workers, but the output is less and the failiure potential is huge!
These are most likely Valves for diesel engines, the heat that these valves need to transfer is relatively low, sodium filled valves are usually used in high performance gasoline applications.
Young boy was assembling the boxes. Probably working with Dad to learn a trade and help improve the family standing. He may grow up to run a company. Capitalism is the best way out of poverty. I grew up in a family gas station....now a Mechanical Engineer. Don't let anyone tell you Capitalism is bad.
If you mean the Dunking...It was not Nitriding. The oil bath is a heat treating oil quench. They omitted the furnace heating prior to oil quench. The operator stood back 12 feet to avoid hot oil fire and spray. I am so proud and fortunate to live in the USA. Look at the machine operator working with loose ripped clothes and the cutter with no eye protection. These people have it tough. Too bad USA being sold out and deliberately ruined.
@@JM-lf4ws yup. I worked in development in heat treatment plant. Now in hi perf engines... I know that valve steel needs at least 1050 Celsius to harden good. And the difference between 850 Celsius and 1050 Celsius...its mind blowing. For me it was like a winter day to 1050 being AAAAHHHHH. And then throw a basket of 1050 Celsius hot into the oil....😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈😈. As you say ...the fire and smoke are HELL. And we in Western countries get it sucked away and with good ventilation. Here....its: put the door open. We are blessed.....but like you said ..thr US is being sold out by the elite. Thinking only $$$$$. Look at what RWB is doing with Dart , Manly, Viktory valves, etc. Squeezing it like a lemon untill its dry and nobody gives a shit anymore. Then sell the remaining left overs in couple of years. Thats what I guess will happen.
@@Baard2000last paragraph rings true asf. seeing this video i feel v grateful to work where i work. if you don’t mind me asking, what do you do with high performance engines? im currently a valve machinist (but i’ve machined gears previously) im looking into interning at an engine shop to be an engine machinist
@@nushratgt5879 I only do head porting and all whats involved in increasing engine power. Head porting is a too simple description of my business I have. I prepare tractor pull , moto-x , auto-x , roadrace , classic cylinderheads. Latest achievement , from a part of team of many, is crushing the lap record of Austin Healy at Classic Le Mans with 11 seconds. In 2018 a Shelby Mustang which was 15 seconds quicker than the next. Those results are not from making as big as possible ports but merely , or solely ,by increasing efficiency of combustion. In an engine design from the sixties. Tractor pull is a bit the same : engine designed to run 2500 rpm changing to 7000 rpm methanol , sometimes diesel, consuming monsters. Its a way of life flowing heads. And its lonely at the top. I am Based in the Netherlands .
@@nuriqirimli6734 True. But there's nothing backing the Pakistani currency. It's as worthless as monopoly money are. That country does not make any money !!
