GIRL! Yess! It’s just a bad moment! I LOVE that! Once things start to go down it goes, but at the end of it all people got on( maybe not in a timely manner) but they are on! No need to panic, unless it’s life threatening but even then have a cool head. If anyone has a problem with how your pts or pod runs ? Then come help! Don’t sit there and criticize me w/o helping! Just breathe it will all be good in the end❤️
I have a whole preceptor who wouldn’t speak any question I asked it was like I was annoying the staff .. was tired of hearing you’re out of training … when like I heard you say .. training doesn’t start until you’re on your own … I was stressed daily .. and I really wanted to learn dialysis wished I had a better experience
Oh my. Are their other dialysis companies in your area? I know a nurse that I helped train that had similar issues when she was out of training the other nurses wouldn’t help her, so she quit and went to another company learned what she needed and came back.
@@imeboni I am in Douglasville area hwy 5 and I went to shadow there and the manager that I never met said she wanted more experience tech fine … I’m sure if I had better experience I would’ve prevailed more .. I was trained all over the place so that how I was on the floor … tried to find my flow it wasn’t working
Nah girl I feel you turnover be something sometimes 😂😂😂. Sometimes patients be rushing for no reason like why you rushing for lmaooo. In October I will be 2 years in davita dialysis 🥲
