As a physical therapist for thirty years, my compliments to you for your rehab efforts. The hardest part I deal with in my work is unmotivated people, and you got that part handled! I think water exercise is a great way to rehab, though I myself do not like water that much. I like to be just above it (kayak, beach cat), or well below at 60 feet with a tank on my back. But I have engage more into water exercise and rehab because I do see the value. If I may, I would recommend a piece of equipment I started using, that I think gives the most bang for the buck, the Aqua-Ohm. Affordable, easy to pack along, versatile, can be used for arms and legs, all levels of intensities and fitness. And I heard they are adding a tension bar to their line-up so it can also be used with one hand. I would recommend to check it out. Keep up the great work!!
Thank you to all the scientists, doctors, nurses, innovators, physical therapists, nutritionists, etc. To those that dedicated their lives to progessing modern medicine, thank you.
I remember a couple of years ago you reviewed some aqua workout stuff. Stuff looks good, love the look of the water club. This looks like it would be a major rehabbing routine for you. Get better, get fit brother.
