So, you use 'Them' when you refer to someone older than you or someone you respect and 'Him/Her' when you refer to a friend or someone younger than you. This is in many south Indian languages. If arrangements are made so, let it increase. Our population is still low than what is past. In Mahabharat war, 65 Crore warriors died. And our heaven is not eternal. If one take birth on Heaven after some time he has to come back on earth. And when earth was made, humans appeared from God Brahma. And when earth will be destroyed, there will be no humans. Eating plants generate less karmic sins than eating animals because animals consciousness level is high so generate higher sins.
