Ford Falcon prices have been crazy for a few years now, but there's oppurtunities in the madness to make some money. After buying a broken FG Falcon, we fixed it up and it sold for a lot more than the initial purchase price.
Never thought I'd see the day where modern Falcons could actually turn a profit. I bought a factory BA XR8 for $6k in 2019 with nearly 300000kms, and a year later sold it for nearly $14k without doing a single thing to it. Just crazy!
Yeah this one is a re-upload with some changes made. The previous upload got copyright struck and it was just easier to take it down and change the music I used.
The markets definitely dropping for standard range Falcons but special limited models like manual XR8 Sprints, GT-F's, R Specs & B series FPV Cobra's seem to be holding their value & climbing⁉️
There's still bargains out there but you have to be prepared to put some elbow grease into them. I just bought a very good 2006 BF MK2 XR6T in Bionic Blue with a great previous owner history and the ZF6 transmission which I love for $7890 and just missed out on one for 5k just down the road from me, private sale. These BFs look amazing on a good set of rims and a straight body.
Purchased my 2011 fg xr6 in 2012 as a demo for $21000 aud. Thought I had a bargain at the time. Never thought it would be worth almost what I paid for it years to come😳
Last year you would of made a killing with flipping these cars. With all the interest rate rises etc, they're all dropping. Last week an FG FPV F6 sold for $30K believe it or not
