I have bought the 2020 Dura-Ace Roubaix and i love it. I have changed from Tarmac SL6 and i feel much better on the Roubaix when going out for a whole day ride. I'm surprised that the Roubaix is as fast as the Tarmac! Future Shock 2.0 in combination with the Pave is a game changer!
Like you stated the before they remove the front damper .. and smash 500 plus across 2k-2.5k cobble sectors because they are that strong 💪💪💪💪 love this race, was at the arenberg and the speed of riders was incredible watching it live ... hard as fuck, ie van aert is the personification of Roubaix .. chapeau
I've done the 1991 Amateur version of this on a steel Eddy Merckx from 1983 with Mavic Roubaix rims but just normal cheap 23' training singles at low pressure, the only one in a team of 6 not to crash or puncture and their were 15 flats - if any bike manufacturer can come up with a solution to ease the Accumulative pain on your wrists and ankles from the vibrations that gets worse and worse to the point of complete dread of another sector - that's a game changer if they can reduce that fatigue, its the real killer ..
SO I HAVE THE NEW ROUBAIX WITH THE PRO team geometry , but I notice the shock you show in the video looks different. from what was supplied with my bike.. . for a start it has a black top section, and seems different in shape at the top, do you provide a different shock for the pros? I also think that the shock could do with a slightly stiffer spring and a bit more viscous damping fluid as for the frame with a much more race ego, where you are further forward with more weight in the drops, because of the race position, the settings are too soft and in the drops, you end up running on the bump stop a lot. I think you need to relese some options for the shock unit. Also I note the bike weight in the video, but .. i'm not sure if the pro shock shown is lighter the the 340 gram unit supplied with the bike? care to comment @specilized?
hahaha, after all these technological advances, they'll still need an elite ciussi bottle cage with sand paper taped to it to stop the bottles from falling out!!
What year model are those black Roubaix bikes they were setting up? S-Works of course but that black and carbon color scheme....I can't seem to find it on their website.
Hmm, but it already has Dura Ace and I think the CLX50s for its depth isn't too shabby either? So if it's you. where else would you reduce weights? I can only think of the seat post. and I wonder where else the mechanic will reduce weight since he said he thinks he can go lighter.
Trek Isospeed? How? I get the Giant D shape thing, since the Pave Seatpost is cross-compatible with the Tarmac (guess some Tarmac users will be happy now that they have an option to make their bike more comfortable)
I can get an SL4 S-Works Roubaix that is a kg less than this for about 2-3k AUD near new from some fat banker who did a low carb diet and was so constantly glucose exhausted he never rode it haha. It will be so much faster to ride.

Boonen , Ballerini , Tafi , Mussew , O’Gradi... all won without suspension in spectacular manner. After my Roubaix Sworks SL3 (Black Edition) I switched to Cervelo C3. No high maintenance parts. After all... how many people ride Paris Roubaix on a daily basis? The more gimmicks the less likely Ill buy one.

I bought a 2018 Roubaix in November,it's outdated already. It's nothing though compared to the instant obsolescence you got with Mountain bIkes over the last decade...
Filipe, I am a big heavy guy. I have 2 Roubaix one with Shimano Dura Ace C50 Composite wheels, one that has CLX Roval wheels. They make me look way better than I am. The bikes are fantastic to ride and as tough as hell..You did good, don't sell yourself short. Enjoy the ride!!
