As a matter of fact at BION Terrarium Center we work with many different reptiles including desert species, arboreal and terrestrial geckos, chameleons, various Agamidae and Iguanidae lizards. And taking into account our practice we have figured out that for some species particular substrates work better in terms of eggs' incubation than others. In this video I am going to show you how we prepare incubation substrates (vermiculite (most of the Agamidae species), perlite (for Australian terrestrial geckos, Hemitheconyx, Hypsilurus, Eublepharidae) and "Seramis" (for most arboreal geckos)) when we find a clutch.
