Good job sir! I'd let your company shingle my roof without hesitation. To the comment below; Absolutely nothing is wrong with using a nail gun to apply asphalt shingles. You simply have to set the psi, set the nail depth at the gun and ensure ambient temperature is around 40 or greater. Anyone who makes a blanket statement about not using roofing guns is an idiot, or ignorant on the subject.
I just watched Judge Judy in which a roofer was being sued. According to the roofer on the show, re-roof meant to put a second layer of shingles on top of the old shingles. He was being sued because the home owners expected the old roof to be removed before putting down the new roof. I see that your title is called 're roof your home', but you remove the old roof.
That is what Judge Judy said. She said that if there is a term of the trade that a layman does not know it has to be spelled out to them. She said that she would think a re-roof meant to tear off the old and put on a new roof. Needless to say the roofer lost the case.
I would not want my roof nail gunned. Why do you not paint the pipe jacks and vents to match the shingles? Paint is cheap, try it the roof will look better.
