Thanks to Pro Intermodal for sharing their story & Miguel for hooking up the interview. www.prointermodal.com/ Miguelstruckinfo@gmail.com Mcruz@thepetestore.Com
Thats not what he said in Spanish. He said alot details about his past trucking experience and explains in detail how the current company he is working for is amazing to work for.... I camt imagine what Miguel has been through back in the day as a Latin man.
Ma'am good morning i am from India I need truck driver job in your company ma'am please help me I have 8 year experience in heavily trucks please refer to me I want job
Having 40 + years of driving a bunch of different stuff and seeing a lot of different Companies inter workings, you know when one has it's sh*t together. Still small enough to be run right. And nice to watch something so positive these days.
Its a GREAT company to work for. Been with them for 5 years, we give 110% always and REALLY try to be the light in the shadows. Things are ran properly and done correctly and by the book, no cutting corners here. I am proud to be part of the Pro Intermodal team! I love my job!
A wonderful company and completely dedicated to the safety, care, and well-being of their drivers. I’m very proud of my cousin Elizabeth for her success and for her great Company. Family first! “The Real Deal” Stay Humble.
This is motivation! Just started my trucking career with Domino’s supply chain and looking to own my small business like this in the future. Great content always brutha! Stay safe out there muthatruckers and keep trucking!🤙🏽
That’s beautiful, I’m from Miami and always wondered about this company and thanks to you Alex! For shedding light on the trucking industry and those who really started from humble beginnings. Very motivating and inspiring 💯
The way they service their fleet and overhaul the engine after it reaches a certain mileage followed by a paint job reminded me of a video about the history of trucking. It was back in 1940.
Hey man I'm an Spanish guy so I fully guarantee that the guy wasn't talking any crap about the company. And just for you to know like 3 or 4 years ago I met a driver who worked for pro intermodal, and I asked him what that company was like, if it was good as a company and how much they paid him and I remember that the driver told me... in my life I haven't been so comfortable as im now, I go 3 weeks to the road and return home after that, I live well, I am comfortable, I am not rich but, me and my family live on my salary... Knowing that driver helped me a lot, because he taught me what kind of companies to look for and also encouraged me a lot to get my CDL.
I am a professional driver, I love my profession, and I find my comfort by constantly traveling through roads and towns and working with a distinguished company like your esteemed company and with a harmonious team
Amazing and so humble one of the main reasons for their success is how they treat their employees and take care of everything what a inspiring story most people can do this if they put in the work and do what these two did its not easy what a success
Thats why the trucking industry is changing its to many minority's making big money 💰 moves congratulations 🎊 👏 to all the brothers getting that money 💰
Love for what they do just shows in every area of their company and I agree with the Boss lady they are Blessed Good work everybody thanks for your hard work the fruits of your labor shows, awesome ,"God Bless."
The company remids me of the old company i worked for called Emac transport he had over 100 trucks and then the price of fuel trippled and loss of contracts forced them into bankruptcy. They treated me like family and respect. I hope for the best of your company just keep in mind that things can change fast and prepare for anything in the industry.
Hi there im in england and i grew up with a couple of asian lads in school and they done really well so its nice to see that other asians around the world are doing really well also,i drive trucks for a living and would love to work for a company like this but im here so it wont be happining but good luck to the firm and all that work for them.
Awesome story from 2 too 120,love this story... As a one truck owner operator u gotta be aware of growth or scaling up,especially if u want true flexibility and freedom!! I would love to have someone look at my lil operation and see where I need to change, focus and just go!!!👊🏽
My friend u are a hard worker and u deserve it many blessings to u and your family!! U will continue to grow because hard work pays! And Tony must be so proud of you ! Love u my sister u will continue to have many blessings ❤️🙏
Very good for her! Great story. But in reality all those trucks are not what makes them the money I'm sure. The warehousing and the brokerage are what's the real money maker. I don't think anyone can grow that big just on having a large fleet. The mega I worked for had over 1000 trucks and also had their own brokerage and warehousing. Trucking itself gives very little roi
I drove a yard dog for 2 months. Costco moved 178 trailer out 100 in and bumped 50 a day balls to the wall. Learned to dock without pull up 90%. Hard part was turn 1 step hook or unhooked. Could not walk for a month. And cover with brake dust and tread. Good job a had a heap boss that would plug a tire and put it back on the front in. Dangerous and illegal
@@toddb3394Jamaica is a small island and I've driven out most of its parishes and have seen the view and the currency in terms of dollar value is weak therefore I think trucking in the USA or Canada will bring new adventures and better earnings.
@@footalee2 how bout you stay in Jamaica and fight to make your homeland a better place with a stronger currency with more opportunities for your children??? That’s what our forefathers did here in the USA.
It's pretty clear that their operation relies heavily on brokers and brokered freight. Nothing wrong with that if it pays well and the ONLY way for that to happen is if you're able to provide service that most can't
Wow this is inspirational I hope I can do something similar to, in a couple of months I’ll have my second truck so Im looking forward to be like this some day, thank you for these videos they are very informative and stay safe.
I've been skipping over this video for over a week now happy I finally clicked on it. But it's funny the trucks are in blue and the uniform is red and black 😃
Everyone has different beginnings in this industry. Do not be fooled by the title , some people may start their company with no money in their pockets , but they have good or excellent credit to get everything else financed through a bank or obtain a business loan. Some people may have a mortgage or own some type of property or collateral to put up to get a business loan . These are key to being able to obtain a business when starting a trucking company .
I am surprised by you, Mrs. Elizabeth I have a Volvo 2000 model It works well in mountain climbing and cheap spare parts descent and I work 16 hours a day stop only for eat and pray Or when I get to customs
Asian mai,u need too be on xm radio, doing more for truckers !! Education in this business sucks, especially when corporate/the matrix wants a piece if everything....
Thank You for sharing this documentary / interview! I'm new to the trucking industry and working on getting my CDL, as a midlife career change! And I'm totally interested in the business side as well having worked as an Inventory Specialist and Database Administrator!
I think you need to do a video on drayage at the port of miami ,port everglades (Ft Lauderdale) and port of Palm Beach. it is a crazy profitable business with a massive shortage of drivers.
Federal trucking regulations require that commercial drivers' license (CDL) holders who are doing interstate driving speak and read the English language.
