Excellent job. I like it because it knows what you need but you don't have the infrastructure to do it. But someone would have to clean the machined part from the burrs, at least.

Their using carbide's, very old school type, the carbide is braised onto a steel shank, don't always need for water (coolant) with carbide tip tool's.

The powder is Calcium oxide (Quick Lime), it is for softness.. the gear was already tempered in past to work of this kind we should lose the hardness.
