Hi Janet, great closeout. You made great progress paying off Amex and lowering your other debts. Like u said the needle is going in the right direction and thats what matters. U did a great job of planning for your expenses and sticking to your budget!

I can second your colleagues on the energy price increases in England. Our gas and electric prices have just gone crazy and it’s become a serious problem for homes and businesses. I absolutely recommend building up some credit with your provider if your prices are expected to go the same way!

At this rate of subtracting roughly $3200 from your total debt balance every month, you'll have everything (including mortgage) paid off in about 9 years! That's not too bad.
