Y'all are adorable. I totally adore Ash in a way that is as unfortunate as it is real. The only woman I think is wonderful enough for him is J. The telepathy is so impressive and the way y'all laugh together and look at each other is the visual definition of love. I'm so happy that two great people are together.

I'm wondering, is the gymnastics guide for a person who has a dislocated vertebra? I'm in a bind with my back at the moment and surgery seems to be the only way out. I do gym and hot yoga, which feel crucially important in order to keep my core strong enough to keep the pain minimal. What's your thoughts?

I love you guys so much I just started watching all of you guys about 3 weeks ago but I have been watching all of the videos. You all together is so much fun to watch and to see how well you all get along being together all the time. My husband and I worked together and did everything together for the first five years we are going on 8 years and we have a 6 year old and a 15 year old and I don’t know what I would do without them they are my whole world. Can anyone tell me if the get fit gymnastics guide needs access to a gym/special equipment? Or can be substituted enough for at home?

No gym or special equipment needed. I do all workouts at home on a carpeted surface with a yoga mat for some extra cushion. There are some light jumps and kicks that can be modified. Just give yourself some room to spread out and you’ll be fine. I’m on week 4 of my first round of the program and love it!
