How & Where to Connect Your Monitors 

Here is a breakdown of the video: First, make sure the monitor and pc are plugged in. Then find corresponding ports on your monitor and pc. Then just simply plug the two cables in. Make sure, if you are using a graphics card, to then plug the cable into the graphics card and not the motherboard! Hope this helps

Not all DVI ports are the same. The video would have benefitted from addressing that issue.

I have a splitter that connects 2 hdmis for my dual monitor setup but both of the monitors display the same thing and when I go to display settings it only shows one monitor is connected If u can help plz reply thank u 🙏

I have an issue with mine, even tho I only have 1 monitor, I tried to plug my HDMI to my monitor to my mothetboard HDMI port not the graphics card. However as soon as i plugged it in, it shows black screen. But when I plugged it into graphics card, it was the opposite. May i know the reason for this?

Yikes, had my monitor plugged into the motherboard and not my graphics card. Gonna have to wait until I can get a DVI cable to be able to connect it to my graphics card

I'm going to give my old PC to my friend. I haven't used it for a year so I don't remembef correctly where cables should go. I found DVI cable and I put that into both PC and monitor. But I also found another black cable with 3 ends and with that I can start PC or monitor but not both at the same time, there's both identical holes in pc and monitor for that cable. Did I do something wrong or should there be another missing cable?

In the video you said there were 3 different options. Does that mean you can use one without the other? Example: Use only the hdmi/display port cable to connect monitor to graphics card without plugging in the dvi cable.

I connect my monitor with hdmi cable but sometimes my monitor doesn’t open the I just unplug it and connect it to motherboard port the monitor open .. My problem is I can’t caning bcs I have low fps when I plugged it into the motherboard
