i ve been bullet journaling for a while now and i know that you r already familiar with it but i do feel like you would benefit greatly from a bullet journal. its not something that has to be perfect and all decorated. many people do make it functional and the whole point is to put almost everything you need to put in there, ideas, journals, planning. it makes things more organized and efficient for most :)
I have two types of journals. One is a dream journal. When I have an interesting dream I write it down. Sometimes they are weird & crazy. Hahaha. Another one my mom got customized for me with a bunch of pictures of us on the cover, so in that one I write down what I did with my mom that day if anything. I think it will be cool to look back on & remember events & memories with my mom aka my best friend. Lol
I use a journal to write down my emotions especially when I'm angry or sad and it really helps me to move on with my day and calm down...does anyone feel the same?

@@ashleyr9042 in my case whenever I'm sad or angry I just take my journal and start writing whatever I want and just let myself loose yk. Write your problems and what got you mad or some opinions. It really helps a lot if you are a closed person and don't open up about your emotions to others
I literally make lists for everything! This video has inspired me to consider journaling into my daily routine. I haven't really thought about doing it before but I'm pretty excited to start! 😊
I love this! I am a crazy journal freak. I also have two different journals and then I write down random things everywhere. It's very cool to see how different journaling styles can be from person to person!
I thought just the opposite. It's a little irritating. Especially when it gets kind of scratchy around the edges. She has some pretty good information though.
i am literally the exact same except i do it all on onenote because i'm afraid of having like material stuff that something could happen to, you know?? but wow i'm obsessed with lists

The best way to cope with anxiety is to talk to your doctor about it. Everyone experiences anxiety differently. I get numb and tingly in my finger tips/feet and lips, chest and arm pains, I sweat. I hate people and am socially awkward. I think irrational thoughts and make up fake situations or outcomes to convince myself I'm not over thinking. My doctor helped me understand it so much better and now I can remind myself to breath, not worry, I'm overthinking and nothing bad will happen.
For some reason, just starting a journal gives me anxiety! It's like so much I know I want to write. Like I want a book for my thoughts, updates, things I'm learning, lame but I want to do reviews on tv shows and just analyzing them as well as books, ideas and outlines for scholarship essays, goals, practice improving my handwriting, etc. I also have many list in my phone like things I want to learn, list, etc. I just feel my brain is all over the place and not organized!
also career related things, random stuff. But that would be wayyy too many notebooks/journals. I literally will wait until like the third week of class to decide which notebook I want to use for that class or how I want to organize my notes and end up behind and stressed 😩.
I am also extremely list-centered and I also make anxiety lists; they help a lot! I'm starting college this fall, so thank you for making such a great video! I just subscribed to you! 😁
I relate to the anxiety lists so much. Writing everything down helps get all of the stress out of my head and onto paper so the thoughts aren't clouding my head and I can see exactly what's wrong without having my mind switch from one issue to the next every other second lol

I love this so mych ever since i started having a scratchy messy journal i have been so much more productive its great not to care as much just write everything down
you do know that astrology is the study of how the movements and positions of celestial objects in space-time supposedly impact human life right? Most people are into astronomy, which is the study of the cosmos period. Idk what she's into but I live for astronomy
I need to start journalling, I just don't know where to start. Like I have a lot of writing journals where I write quotes I like and it eases my mind, but I don't have journals where I can put photos or draw or make bucket lists or goals I'd love to achieve. I just need a perfect journal book, I just can't seem to find it.
