Because he talks about what he did as "mistakes" not as a serious matter, he never mentions Shelby or the other victims by their name, and NEVER actually mentions how his actions hurted people, he just says "im sorry for any harm caused" as if it was unintentional, he's an abuser, idk why people still think his apology was good, it was awful, his apology was filled with self pity and narcissism

He's also didn't admitting he hurt them. Saying it was "playfully" and "mutually enjoyed" when it wasn't, not actually respecting their feelings of the matter. It's actually not very subjective at all. No is no (except with safewords, but then the safeword becomes "no"), and that applies even if that person seems like they're enjoying it in the moment. It applies even if they previously said it's ok, and now they're saying it's not. It applies if they said in a different conversation they're not ok with it. Consent can be revoked at any time, and still counts even if you're in the middle of something. Even if that action can't be stopped in that exact second, if it's not stopped as soon as possible it's definitely a violation.
