You guys cover the bears for a living. It’s embarrassing how bad your takes are sometimes. Wright became a top 10 pick moving to RT. Stop moving your best players out of position happened with Kyle long.

It’s not a terrible take, teams have done this before with great results. HOWEVER I do agree with you on not moving him, at least not yet, let him settle in and if a need arises to move him then sure, but this year just stay put

Having the possibility of getting the best defensive player in the draft at 9 can’t be understated. Outside of Montez, this DLINE is brutal.

Leave Wright alone. He was not that good at LT in college and the Bears know this. They won't draft a LT with a top pick unless it's Alt.

Wright cannot play Left OT. Look at his tape as how out of position he is in pass blocking. Consistently head over his toes, off balance. He is a POWER player.

Plan remains the same!! Trade down from #1 to #3/#4… get MHJ AT ALL COSTS!!!! USE #9 for a second superstar receiver/Brock Bowers/O line…. Use draft capital from trade back to get better O line, and maybe Edge! This is not difficult!

That's so stupid. They are drafting Caleb Williams. Justin Fields is gone. But if you think they need MHJ at all costs, all they need to do is trade is package their #9 and their 2025 1st and he'll be a Bear. I know they are considering it.

They have the best defense in the North and the offense should be right there. They should compete for the title as early as next season. Need something’s to fall in place to win it, but it’s going to be like this a decade. We’re going to win a Super Bowl or two

If the Bears defense continues to hold up, I think Caleb and his new receivers and running back should be good for at least 3 more wins than last year. Not sure if 10 wins is good enough to make the playoffs though. But I CAN see them winning 12. Here is how: They split their 3 division games, lose at the Texans and lose to the Rams at home, that’s 5 losses. Then they go on the road and beat the Cardinals, Colts, Commanders and my 49ers, who will be dealing with their Super Bowl Jinx. And at home they beat the Titans, Patriots, Panthers, Jaguars and Seadogs. That leaves them at 12-5. We will find out by January if I am crazy or not.

Bears haven’t closed any gap yet. Caleb will help but you’ve got to worry about Flus’s ability to close games out and call defense against starting qbs.

The bears have been okay with adequate on the O line for decades, but heaven forbid we be adequate at any position on the D line. I wonder why our offense always sucks?

I can tell you guys have never ever played football in your life. You know how hard it is to go from right tackle to left tackle everything is opposite. You’re learning everything backwards again no ring broke don’t fix it. He’s on the top right tackles in the league why would you move him? Does not make sense.

I think this is why a lot of high draft lineman fail. They immediately get put in a different position and cannot adjust. Then they are called "bust".

Did he tell JF that’s it’s acceptable to take a sack if his first read is covered? That it’s acceptable to be really bad in the 4th qtr? That it’s okay to not he’s able to read zone defenses at all?

Moving Darnel Wright this early in his development will do him more worse than help. It’s extremely hard to make that transition for established veterans, let alone a dude going into year 2. Just cuz he can play LT, u have to move him. If LT is there worry, draft the top guy to play that position. Or if they wanna move Darnell wait till year 3 or 4. Let him really develop at RT

I actually like Chase Daniel’s and you sound like my ex wife. He didn’t say there is zero chance they’ll get rid of Justin Fields. His opinion was they shouldn’t and that Fields is special and needs players around him and the Bears should trade back for another Haul I believe… and that would have been a good move but since they did trade Fields they should obviously keep the pick and CW is the best man available. You shouldn’t really trash other sports analysts with some of the takes you guys had in this video. I like some of your takes but let’s keep it classy. Nobody knows what’s going to happen at 9
