Sarah did her thing! She asked the right questions; responses in some cases were not aligned to the questions. Men need to be intentional on working on wholeness and traumas; your wife is not your therapist. Same can be said for women.

So true, when you give your woman a safe space and there's trust, she WILL move a mountain for you! Amen!

Bishop TD Jakes had that on his heart, “don’t interrupt me”😂😂😂😂😂

Some get defensive when questions are asked, and even interrupt the questions by talking over you. I absolutely hate this and it presents another trauma to me because I am not free to express myself. That's what I get. I've never tried to tell him what to do. I'm am overly tired of it appearing to be women's responsibility to heal men's trauma when they need to want healing by seeking that help, deliverance, the couch for themselves. The trauma happened is not the victims' fault, but if they continue to walk around unhealed, mentally unhealthy, hurting people that really love them... that's their fault 😢 it's not my fault if you were victimized, and neither would it be yours if it happened to me. Whatever happened to me in my past, I sought help to become whole. I pray that God will heal male trauma. I believe that He has already provided the answer. Male pride, anger, has to be broken so that their hearts will be open to receive inner healing so that they don't default on having real love in their lives. I enjoyed this panel discussion. Men, go to that healed place so your woman evolving does not intimidate you. I cry and pray for your healing.

T.D Jakes asking " Where we gon" eat was on point ? As a widow my husband and I used to close some conversations like this and kept it moving. Its just the real side of marriage but in a good way.

This was so good! Coming from a 43 year old woman of almost 20 years of marriage (next month 12/27), I can totally hear my husband and I discussions in this panel. We are now at the point of which Bishop Jakes said, "you disrespected me, I think you're stupid sometimes....where are we going for dinner?" Lol I had to pause at that moment and laugh....so US! Thank you Pastor Sarah! :) 💟

Thanks Pastor Sarah! An eye-opening discussion. I don't believe many of us women realized how much of an effort it takes men to effectively communicate. But the key is to seek to understand one another and through that be in a better place for reciprocity.

This was beautiful! I think that the world is fight man and woman about relationships but to see men speak up and break down what they need helps women understand how to love them correctly 💕

The Black Community is evolving right now. That said, I have been happily married for over 33 years and counting. But it took her 2 years to even date me. I grew up in church singing in the choir (my wife goes to church almost every week), so I don't hit women, lie, cheat or steal. Once she found out that I was a real good man, that was that. But we have rules. Once per year, I would ask her to tell me ONE think that she wanted me to START and STOP doing. One each. After 5 year, both of our lists were blank. Talk, be honest and upfront, but DO NOT LET other people ruin your relationship or, stop each other's growth as a person. When you argue, debate like adults and NO swearing. That rule we never broke because then it's disrespectful. You have to have rules. She was a bank teller when I met her, but did not want to be a branch manager, so I suggested she quit. She thought I was nuts, but 30+ years later, she is about to retire as a Sr. VP at another bank, making bank. LOL. That's how your RISE together! She helped me big time too in my career and with my dozen or so small businesses over the last 2 decades. We rose TOGETHER! I now have a non -profit now that helps young men, low income families and more. We all should give back and reach back to bring someone else up the later, even if it's just one step. Regarding our relationships, we need more generational wealth, involved fathers and husbands in the home. Peace, Love and Soul! 💓✌ God is Good!!!

This was aaaaaalmost good!! They kept deviating from the specificity in her questions and I was extremely interested in their answers to what she was specifically asking. It's like, they wanted to talk about what they wanted to talk about 😂.

They really do need a space to evolve too and rise up. God help our men!

I want to start conferences for men so they find out more about woman how to keep a woman ect and the for woman to learn about men that will actually help many people singles married dating and everyone else

I’m happy that we have a man panel. Because why have a women evolve and leave the man behind then we end up in household where our mindsets are so different. I wish they had more conferences with Man .

It has to be Balance. Cannot be Unequivocally Yoke; in every Area's in any Relationship! Balance, Communication, Give One Another Space, Date Night's, Never Hold Back on your Feelings, Talk about how you Feel, and Always be Loyal and Trustworthy to your Partner.

We need to raise our boys differently. Meaning, to be able to express themselves, have healthy communication with others, and how to understand the difference between an attack and a concern. Girls are allowed and expected to be expressive until they are women. Then they are shamed for being all of themselves. When does this end?
