how about instead of being with someone that dumps u as soon as you stop working on urself for a while, be with someone who when sees u losing motivation tells you to take a break, recharge and motivate you to start again.

Today is exacly 1 year since my break up. I still love her (and yeah i tried dating other women), but it looks like we're never get back together. But as Coach says, the fact that we feel that our situation is hopeless, doesn't mean that it is. Just patting myself on the back a little.

I love your videos brother, i apreciate your teachings but somethings i dont fully agree with. I believe that some people need to learn to let go. Everyone is not worth changing for. Changing for yourself is 💯. But I dont believe in changing for someone who walked away from you, once someone walks i believe the message is crystal clear.

@@pvz0484 Hang in there! Start no contact again, and stay with it. Listen to Craig and Margaret, they know what's best. Things didn't turn out for me and my ex. He is still with the person he left me for. I see him at work every day and every once in a while he'll say a few words, but we mostly just walk past each other. I never start the conversation, but I'll answer politely if he speaks. Lately I've been catching him looking, and I just look back. Good luck to you, it gets easier.

My fiancee just bought a house sith me and dumped me two weeks later because we started fighting a lot. She thinks were toxic and that getting help isnt going to help. I got mad at her for abandoning me, and told her i was sick of getting blamed all the time and for her stupid victim complex. I told her to get out of my life and stop treating me like a revolving door. I do want things to work between us, but she isnt willing to work with me and i wish she was.

What video should I watch that may point me in the right direction from here? Should I answer her calls and text although she doesn’t always do it right away?

Mauro Briceno I'm not Craig but I know this: a huge part of being an attractive man is focusing on your purpose and putting your relationship second. The only way to sustain this new relationship is to put it second to your life purpose. She dumped you now she must work to get you back. I'm not saying be an a**whole. But I'm saying make time for her but remember to put your happiness and achievements first. You will keep her that way. That woman must earn you back.

This works my freinds....my wife left me and 17 days ago and I listened to coach about no contact....none.....and today she reaches out and wants to meet me or come over to our house.....however my work schedule doesn't work.....coach....how do I handle this situation? Please give me advice on how to respond.....do I just not respond? Coach Craig.....you are a insperation to every man who has been smashed by anxiety during separation. Your teachings are brilliant.....and I am booking several phone sessions so I can learn more.........anyone going threw this should listen and book a phone session with the coach......thank you for everything you do......

Is it possible to think you won't get the ex back, but are still motivated and doing the work? Lol.. because that's where I'm at.. I definitely don't think I did anything too crazy during the breakup (No stalking or grand gestures), but I was still pretty bad. My only regret has been not finding you sooner, Coach. I look forward to each new video, and hope to apply these things I learn in a future relationship!

Oh shit, I have bipolar too. I'm in therapy, but my partner left anyway because he hated my depressed side. Will I ever find love? Do people really hate bipolar people :( I'm putting in the work but it's an incurable disease. People are so cruel.

Hey craig, if I'm in the same school as my ex and We're in the no contact period, should I avoid seeing her at school ? If my friends go to her friend group, do I stay go to other friends or should I go to her friend group, talk with her friends but never with her ? Does seeing each other everyday but not talking count as breaking no contact or maybe weakens the effect a little ?

She said she just wants to be friends. She's already in her 2nd relationship after just over a month since we broke up. We hung out first month but I just couldn't do it anymore. I said either relationship or nothing. I'm on day 6 of no contact. Her son has a procedure in 2 days. Should I say something like hope his procedure goes well and call if she needs anything or just keep going with no contact. Oh yea a wk ago I went over and we hung out for about 30 min. She said she's depressed and her place is a mess. We hugged for like 10 min. She is seeing someone throughput this too but she says she want me to be around as friends. And like I said earlier I said no.

Randy Perez listen to Coach Craig and keep NC going. I know it's hard not to reach out, especially for something like her kid's procedure. But you have to completely take yourself out of her life so that she will realize that she can either have you in her life as her significant other, or never get to speak to you again. Don't let the "let's just be friends" fool you. The only way you can truly be "friends" after such a connection is if BOTH of you are over it. And mature enough to handle this downgrade of a relationship without letting your feelings get in the way. Focus on yourself and making yourself happy. There'll come a day where she'll either beg you to come back, or you'll be completely over her. Good luck! ❤

its hard but really you shouldnt contact her for the rest of your life until she contacts you. it hurts, but it's what you gotta do to get her back. great job so far for being congruent with what you want and saying you don't want to be friends. if you say you don't want to be friends and to contact u if she changes her mind, and then you end up contacting her, it's gonna show that you are not standing up for what you want, which is a weak behavior. check out corey wayne for more info. best of luck.

Ceesar Joust I don’t think so . As long as you’re able to re-attract your ex enough, they MIGHT come back . It won’t be easy but it’s definitely possible for everyone

The few weeks and months of a break up, as a man, you want your ex back. As a man, anger grows, well, at least on my part. My anger reached a level that I pray not to see my ex on the streets. I might end up in jail. I hate her with all my guts and I don't want her back..
