How you start your day is very important, it can to a large extent determine how your day will go. Most of us wake up and there is usually no time to have a moment. There is a process in waking up and I guess our fast pace life prevents us from laying in bed for a few minutes to stretch for a while like a dog, to get the body ready so it's not in shock and then begin our day. It doesn't matter how much time we commit to it, but waking up right is also vital. We must have a routine to live right, appreciate the essence of that which is around us, and be one with it. I am sure we can find a way to make this work anywhere we are. I endeavor to share my process, hopefully, it helps someone.
