most talk show hosts are fake. They act nice to get people to like them and rarely say anything too negative or radical. Howard made is career from saying whatever and whenever he wanted. His greatness comes in his honest no holds bar approach to all things and all people. He is great from not holding back. Anybody who couldn't handle what he had to say would just have to turn off the radio and move off this fucking planet because some body else would talk about what howard was saying at their place of work and in their homes. :)
King of radio by ripping off Steve Dahl and Don Imus and crap at all other medias even America's got talent dropped ratings drastically with PC Stern at the help the 4 H's - "Hampton's Hollywood Howeird Howie".
@@SuperSaiyan3985 Everyone’s having a good time and enjoying a celebrity they admire and you’re that one person who wrecks the mood and says “that person isn’t a good person, they’re problematic” c’mon man.
@@SuperSaiyan3985 why? Because of Molly's game? You gonna trust somone who got arrested for doing everything in their life. Other than the gambling controversy, there is really nothing about him that's unlikeable yet.
"Gone" in the 'moved onto another woman' sense. And Howard was pretty much spot on, from wikipedia: "Maguire met jewelry designer Jennifer Meyer in 2003 while he was shooting the movie Seabiscuit at Universal Studios, and they became engaged in April 2006."
Talk is cheap, and Howard is known to say whatever gets the most attention. "Hating Leno" is no less part of the manufactured image than "Hooker and Lesbians" is.
Most of the things said by Howard regarding Jay were following the Conan incident. Howard can be two faced but in this case it’s really more about you guys not understanding how time works.
+Andres Guardado I think that was Stern's schtick. Once you go from sex with Charlize Theron to wanting to flip burgers as a kid, people start snoring and Stern starts smiling.
I love the way Tobey doesn't talk shit about women even though that pervert insists and makes him uncomfortable. Mamma taught him better. I am also happy that these behaviors are no longer accepted.
Talk about difference interview styles. Jays is pre planed with talking points(Safe interview style), Howards is direct no nonsense questions that are more interesting but more risky for celebrities. I have to give Howard credit he totally won this one. I wish Howard would had been given a late night show in his prime.
howard's forward questions opened tobey up, without any leading, he went onto talk about him losing virginity and stuff. That's why howard's great (though his recent shows are annoying me)
Exactly where this is a prime example of who is the better interviewer, It goes from his rise to stardom before Spiderman, and his relationships, to Jay's direction to talking about being a Chef when he was younger, boy it got boring. Howard is the only reason this interview was watchable. Tobey did interviews with Howard on all 3 Spiderman promotions, so he understood that Howard can make people more interesting.
It's true what they say about Leno. he can't function without the script, and comes back to it even when the conversation has clearly moved way beyond it.
the contrast is so obvious. howard stern is the greatest celebrity interviewer ever. jay leno is one of the worst interviewers. howard makes it interesting and the crowd loves it. then leno takes over and asks the same boring garbage i don't care for. btw, when tobey randomly mentions about losing his virginity, it is so weird and annoying. there's a lot more to stern's act than that. if stern asked it, he'd put it in a context where it's actually interesting.
@@SuperSaiyan3985 He made a lot of money playing poker so acting for money's not a necessity for him anymore. He's been producing movies instead. But he's acting again as of this year. He's producing/acting in Damien Chazelle's next film Babylon with Brad Pitt and Margot Robbie and he's in Extrapolations for Apple TV for 2022.
I think Howard jumped in with those questions just so you could see how blatantly lame jay is when hes interviewing. Leno got ratings because he got the best guests because nobody was afraid to go on his show. People like howard and letterman actually would have fun at a guests expense and that made their shows infinitely funnier
