The news commented that an American was the first black skater to do a back flip. A French black skater performed a back flip in competition. I think her name was Paris
Good for them! They are not going to win any NCAA tourney this year and I think they know it. But what is important and I hope these ladies value it, is the fact that they had the determination and leadership to go create something that did not exist and that will be there for generations. That is awesome and probably an even better contribution
Go my young black sista's if we weren't restraint from participating in these activities we wouldn't be breaking records every day.but I say so be it pave way for more young black sista's peace.
In 2023, an estimated 6.3 million children under five died, 2.9 million of them in the WHO African Region. This is equivalent to five children under 5 years of age dying every minute. Two thirds of these deaths can be attributed to preventable causes. A third of all these deaths are in the neonatal period.
