Muskoka Mike i usually don’t have much anxiety anymore. But when it comes to computer hardware. That’s a different story. Wish I still had my anxiety meds still. But bc my anxieties are better I don’t need em anymore. But like I said, this really pushed it to the limit 😂
you are such a legend thmbs up for this guy he is litteraly doing this for free and he's not getting any likes and he's continuing to post bruh u're such a beast u encourage me to open my desktop myself and not to waste money and brining some guy to upgrade my pc
Will zotaac 1050ti mini will work, single fan I know dual fan will not fit into it And did 1060 really fitted well and working My pc is hp Compaq pro 6305 micro tower
Nice video! For this model can I install Kingston HyperX Savage DDR3 1600mhz CL9 16gb kit (8x2)?and last question what type of GPU supported?can I just use any low profile 750ti or maybe RX 560 from any brand?
I have a few questions Can I replace the PSU? Are the connectors regular? Can I put a 10-inch graphics card in it? Can I use that motherboard on another case? Can I replace the cooler with an aftermarket one?
In short, its a solid no on those questions. The PSU, motherboard and even the cooler are all specifically made for this. You can however upgrade the CPU, RAM, and GPU. But yeah, you are limited to that 240w power supply. Get an Optiplex (full size) if you want upgradeability
Hi there I have the same PC a quick question I am planning to use a Palit GeForce 730GT 2GB DDR5 Low Profile GPU and my power supply is the stock one will I have any problem with it?
I also have an equal but in i5, the i7 convert it what specifications should have when buying it, so that it does not have bottleneck the graphical gtx 1050?
@@Nightwishh1 if you have an i5 3rd gen then there is no need to upgrade to i7 3rd gen in gaming there is very little performance gain not worth upgrading for!!!!!
I’m still using mine to this day, I’m using it to alpha test Microsoft’s upcoming flight sim and on medium settings at 1080p I’m getting around 30fps Other games I play are GTA v The golf club 2019 Battlefield v Star Wars battlefront 2017 Madden 20 NBA 2k20 Train sim world 2020 Jedi fallen order
Hey man! I have a question. The gpu(gtx 1050 ti) doesn't need any cable from the psu? You only connect it to the motherboard and that's it? Thanks for your time!!
Hello! I saw this video, which is very awsome! I want to ask a few questions... I have this SSF computer (Hp Compaq 6300 pro) and I wanted to upgrade it. Is it possible to upgrade the GPU, the RAM and add a HDD and a SSD in the same time? Because I am afraid that the PSU will not work with all these elements...
Hi. is it possible with only 250 watt if; so what will the minimum/cheapest requirements of hardware cpu/gpu....be for the hp 6300 pro sff for use as a media server dl movies/sreaming wifi/ 4k movies? Thanks
It's possible to upgrade PSU & Which one PSU upgrade for this pc Hp 6300pro mt I'm currently thinking to buy gpu gtx 1050ti Does it save I've 320 Watts PSU stock. 8gb ram. 500+500=1tb HDD
So I bought a 6300 MT pro off Facebook for $100 looks like the previous owner put in a Nividia GT 610. I want to upgrade like you’ve done here. But my question after watching your video. If I replace my hard drive with a fresh SSD how does the computer know how to boot? If the old hard drive has the bios and boot data? Also could I just use the stock hd as a boot drive and install a secondary ssd for storage ? Thanks in advance bro
Hi, I added a SSD like you showed but when I connect the SATA data cable and try to load it says disk error, how do I fix this? I just want to use the SSD for games only, for boot I still want to use the HDD
Mxkdi thanks for advice. I was looking for GT 1030 but in my country it costs minimum ~90-100 bucks (new). So I actually bought used Asus GTX 750ti without 6pin power connector. It was cheaper than even used GT 1030 in my country. Works Ok.
Hi bro i ll ask you something Thanks for this video I have hp 6300 pro mt i3 3240 4 gb ddr3r ram Hp 339a motherboard Is r7 240 work on this system? 320 w psu, motherboard and i3 enough for this video card?
Hey man, first of all thank you for all of your videos on this computer! Can you help me with what items you're using to upgrade? I just did the graphics card, and I saw you also had a video upgrading the motherboard. I really wanted to know what you started with as far as the motherboard goes, so I can make sure that all of the parts I get are compatible. I know you're busy, but any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!!
hi, i have HP pro desk SFF.....i want to add a SSD ...do I have to remove the old hard drive ?...or can I leave it ..so both are connected ? thx ( i know nothing about pc's)
Hello, I have Hp desktop compak pro 6300 SFF 3.4 ghz , 16 gb RAM,core i5, psu 240 w.I bought video card gygabite gtx 1050ti low profile.I installed it, and in the first time when I turn on it works very well.I installed the drivers for video card and tested it playing Forza Horizon 4.But after reset the computer, the windows don’t boot anymore. Then I remove the video card and the pc works again. Is necessary do an upgrade of BIOS, etc?
Can you help me telling if this graphics card can fit, it is a gt 1030 but i am unsure if it is a low profile one. Does the 1030 have to be low profile?
W H E E Z Y the best you can do is a i7 3770 32gb max ram and ZOTAC gtx 1050 ti 4gb mini is what’s in mind and I can run all new games at 40fps on 1080p
Watched a few or your videos. I can get a vague idea if some of these PCs would be able to hold my GTX 950 which is large and very long but can't be sure if they'll sit in it because of the heat sink and fan. I wish you'd start taking bird's eye views, even for a few moments.
This pc supports only couple of cpus which you can see in the site of the manufacturer (HP; support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c03382665), as for the gtx 1060 and 1050, only the short versions because it will hit the cpu cooler (you can try and change the cooler if you really want but it's gonna be a headache) and the PSU doesn't have 6 or 8 pin connector so only gpus without 6 pin connector (you can change the psu with 24 to 6 pin connector, but again it's gonna be a headache)
Someone 2e8, are you sure about this ? Looks like it supports a lot, you might have looked at the SFF version??? support.hp.com/us-en/document/c03382665#AbT0 If you see at the specs its saying the following 4.2 in full height 6.6 in length 725 W maximum power the standard length of gpu is 6.9inch, so i guess that 0.3 inches won't make the difference? Regarding the PSU i dont know about that, also I dont understand what you're trying to say, can you tell us more about this? Thanks!!
i have 6200 tower hp compaq so which graphic card i can buy for that pc i have i7 2600 8g ram memory hyper beast single channel and two more spaces for ram help
GT 1030, your CPU is quite a bit underpowered and would bottleneck a GTX 1050. A GT 1030 will run you $80 www.neweggbusiness.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9B-14-932-060&nm_mc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC&cm_mmc=KNC-GoogleBiz-PC-_-pla-_-Video+Card+-+Nvidia-_-9B-14-932-060&gclid=CjwKCAjw8r_XBRBkEiwAjWGLlCmYw2Adp5USbG7x89VuDKhkPVukxX086OeU5s2Z3dHNTNqW76IoCxoCcE8QAvD_BwE&gclsrc=aw.ds
Did you get this sorted out? I seem to have the same rig, and want to install a 1050 Ti. But I've read online to check that my BIOS is not Legacy. Unfortunately, it is. I am wary of buying a GPU and have it not work because of the Legacy BIOS. Any insight would be appreciated.
pci-e is backwards and forwards compatible . pci-e 1, pci-e 2, pci-e 3 they all work together, and any GPU will work in any pci-e 16x slot as long as you have enough power and it fits
@@XityGamingamdmore My PC started gettin BSODs before I purchased a card, so I decided against it. I resorted to fixing my laptop which isn't as good as a GTX 1650ti, but it gets the job done.
Would a 1030 fit, I picked up one of these systems on one of the garage sale sites for $50 it had No video card Win 7 pro 320gb hdd 8gb ddr3 Core i3 at 3.2 I plan on adding gt 1030 2gb and a 1tb hdd maybe windows 10 in the future but my other system windows 10 was so slow on starting
This might be a stupid question. But I'm just getting into all this and I'll shoot. I have this exact pc and already installed the graphics card listed. I'm waiting for 8gb ram to come in the mail(2x4gb). My question is: Other than the ram and graphics card should I be upgrading anything else to support the card and and make sure Its all running smooth? I have a 500 GB memory in my pc is that enough or should I get like a terabyte? Ps I love this video series. Esta vacan hombre.
the RX 570 is very large and will not fit in the case, and it requires a power connector from a large watt power supply, so I don't think you can put one in this system
Hello i have hp 6300 mt what's videos cards work wiht it? Like gtx 1650 4gb no low profile cause i see all your videos you use low profile sorry for my bad english
Hi, for example, I use 1060 oc 3gb, it has a consumption of 120 watts and it seems to be normal, but about your card, it just might not fit in length and rest against the processor heat sink, you need an oc version and maybe a more powerful power supply, I’m looking for where to buy such a power supply)
Hello I found this HP Compaq Pro 6300 MT, Intel Core i5-3470, 8GB DDR3, SSD 240GB + 500GB, DVD-RW, video Sapphire Radeon RX 570 PULSE ITX Do you think it is good for gaming ? Its approximately 250€ new... thanks !!
