I've had my printer for 3 months now & haven't been able to set it up yet. Hopefully after this video it will.

when i print off this info it doesn't give me the password, this is the only thing that dosn't appear on the page for me. why me, why, that makes no sense, frustrating

mine says NO INTERNET CONNECTION

My iphone does not show the place to enter the password. I had to call HP for help from a level 2 engineer. Instructions were only helpful in setting up the hardware, but not the wifi which is needed to be able to print. I am waiting on hold for an hour already...

How to find the IP address in this model without installing app in Mobile phone

If the red light keeps blinking & nothing is being printed It is because the paper scanning tray is not closed all the way. I opened where you can scan papers & then closed it. Now the printer isn’t blinking & it printed out the info. Hope this helps

I used to use an Epson ET-2550 ru-vid.comUgkxciSwynMJ7PnUvvx11rewiu-yFBkZTl53 , an early model of the ink tank style. It worked well, but had one nuisance that drove me up the wall; if you didn't put it in high quality print mode you'd get a streak across the page. I'm happy to say I have yet to see this with this printer. The print quality has been fantastic so far, the set up was super easy. All in all I'm very happy with this printer.

My Router shot craps....how do I link up this printer to the new router......I used the smart app and it said he encountered an error and stopped....I have no idea what happened or what to do....thank...

The printer page comes out blank. I have ink and I’m pretty sure it’s in right what should I do?

Tried the Smart App, either I'm not smart or the app is not smart, no results. Rebooted my router, no results. Checked the ATT Wifi router manager, no results. Did the factory reset on the 4155, no results. Reloaded the wifi router password MULTIPLE times, no results. Moved the printer to within four feet of the router, no results. Let my stepson try it at his place, no results. Left it unplugged for weeks, tried to set it up, no results. Changed it to the 2.4Gz router, no results. Changed it back to the 5.0Gz router, no results. Like I said before, initial 1st time setup, worked fine, worked good for a few months, then ATT router dropped out one day. Everything else in the house (eleven items) came right back, only the 4155 did not, and will not reconnect.

Technology makes people's life miserable! All these apps and passwords and still not able to figure out why its not printing! I miss the old fashioned printers!!!

How do you turn off wifi direct?

This is so frustrating this printer is not printing the information page I think I'm going to return it

That smart app wants all my information, sign up to make it work! I refuse to sign up to their BS

i really hate this printer

Did this when I first connected the HP4155E to my wireless router and everything was working fine. A few months later I needed to reboot the wireless router, and everything BUT this damned printed connected again with no issues. No, matter what I do the 4155E will not reconnect to the wireless. I have gone through all the steps over probably 20 times, as had a friend, and no success. Piece of crap HP in my opinion.
