Thank you for this video! I did not know there was a door under the printer! I was so frustrated that my printer would not take up beyond half of the paper. Opening the bottom door revealed that a piece of yarn had jammed in the paper path. Removing that piece of yarn restored proper function to the printer. Thanks for showing me that access point!
