i new tobajas and i feel my 5B doesnt brake hard enough, can you give me some advice on tuning the end point? also how thight should the brake spring be?

You guys seem to be loaded with tools, can you link me to a good set of metric hex bits? I have the 1/4 black and decker lithium driver and I just cant seem to find a good set of bits.
